Your guests reply, you seat them. The seating plan is a tab of your dashboard: it gathers every “attending” reply for the meal, person by person, and lets you arrange each table at your own pace, on a computer or a phone.
Weddings, civil partnerships, vow renewals: included in the Prestige plan, optional with Signature.

How it works
- 1
Your guests reply
In your website's RSVP form, each guest gives the first name of everyone in their party, and their menu if you offer one. Everyone lands in your plan automatically.
- 2
You draw your room
Upload the venue's floor plan (photo, image or PDF), then place your tables on it: round, oval, square, rectangular, top table, banquet, U-shaped or T-shaped.
- 3
You seat your guests
Drag a person or a whole household onto a table, or let auto-seating make a first proposal, then fine-tune it.
- 4
You print
The entrance seating chart, the caterer sheet, fold-over place cards, and an Excel export.
Everything you need, nothing complicated
All your guests, by name
One person, one seat: adults and children from every reply, with their menu. Correct a name or add someone who didn't reply online; a changed reply is flagged straight away.
Your actual venue
The venue plan sits in the background; tables move with a mouse or a finger, rotate and scale to fit.
Every table shape
Round, oval, square, rectangular, top table, banquet, U-shaped or T-shaped, with as many seats as you need.
Auto-seating
Households stay together, groups sit together, children can join their own table. Reserved tables, such as the top table, are left untouched.
Colour-coded groups
Each side's family, friends, colleagues… One colour per group, shown on every seat of the plan.
Seating rules
“Same table as”, “not at the same table as”: auto-seating follows them, and any rule that isn't met is flagged.
The summary
Per table: seats taken, adults, children, menus and groups. Plus the list of guests still to seat, with alerts (table too full, guest no longer coming).
Usable anywhere and by two people
On a computer, tablet or phone, with automatic saving. If you both edit the plan at the same time, the second person is warned.
Ready to print
One click on “Print”, in your website's colours, ready to save as a PDF for the printer if needed.
The site plan
A4, A3 or A2, portrait or landscape: your tables and their guests, the floor plan, and an alphabetical “name → table” list so everyone finds their seat at a glance.
The caterer sheet
Table by table: guests, adults, children and each person's menu, with totals per menu and your notes (allergy, wheelchair…).
The place cards
Six per A4 sheet, ready to fold: first name, last name and table, on both sides if you like. Plus an Excel (CSV) export for everything else.

For which events?
The seating plan is part of the Wedding Collection (weddings, civil partnerships, second weddings, vow renewals). It is included in the Prestige plan and available as an option with Signature. It stays private: only you, and the studio if it helps you, can see it. For other events, please contact us to discuss them.
Your questions
- Can our guests see the seating plan?
No. The seating plan stays in your dashboard, protected by your password. You choose what to print and display on the day.
- What if a guest changes their reply?
The plan follows: someone who is no longer coming is flagged and their seat can be freed in one click, a new person appears in “To seat”. The seats you have already assigned stay as they are.
- Do our guests have to give everyone's first name?
Yes: with the seating plan, the RSVP form asks for the first name of each guest attending the meal (the last name is optional). For a guest who didn't reply online, you add them yourself.
- Can the studio prepare the plan with us?
Yes. The studio sees the same plan from its own area: it can, for example, draw the room and the tables before you seat your guests.
